Upon inspection after the rental period, the Facility and Grounds must be found in a satisfactory condition. Satisfactory condition shall be met if all of the items in the terms have been satisfied. PTOA Members MUST be paid up on all assessments and Club dues. There is NO SMOKING in the building. If your guests smoke PLEASE use designated container outside the building. ALL cigarette butts MUST be removed from the grounds.
